• If your purchase is more than your available balance, it may be declined unless it is processed as a split tender.
• Receive you PIN by calling the customer service number on the back of your card or by setting it up online at gocardservices.com. Your PIN can be used for purchases at point of sale, but not for cash back or at ATMs.
