Setting Mobile Banking Alerts
Bank of Luxemburg offers convenient and secure Mobile Banking options, including the flexibility to set and manage email or text alerts! By setting alerts, you can receive helpful notifications if your balance falls below a specific dollar amount, a transfer fails or a password changes. How to set Mobile Banking alerts:

Log into your online banking account using your username and password. Click “Sign in.”

Select the “Control settings” tab. Click on “Alerts.”

If you haven’t already, set up your mobile phone by clicking “Go to mobile banking” in the “Mobile phone” field.

Sign up to receive text alerts by clicking the orange “Add text banking” button.

Select your cell phone carrier from the drop-down menu, and enter your phone number.

Click “View terms and conditions to proceed.”

Check the box that says “I accept” after reviewing terms and conditions. Then, click the orange “Enroll” button.

Once you’ve set up text alerts, you can set account alerts.

From the “Account alerts” tab, choose which account you’d like to set alerts for in the drop-down.

From there, you can manage account transfer alerts, balance alerts or stop pay alerts.

Under the “Service alerts” tab, you can also set notifications regarding changes to your account such as personal information, secure messages or failed login attempts.
