Enhancement Hub

Bank of Luxemburg completed a major enhancement to our entire core banking system this March. This upgrade improved the performance, security, and capabilities of our banking services, allowing us to deliver a smoother, more reliable experience for our customers. With this enhancement, we built a stronger foundation for new features and improved services, reflecting our commitment to innovation and to making banking easier, more efficient, and better for everyone we serve. 

Deposit Account Information

  • Did the bank's routing number change?
    • No. The bank's routing number remained the same...075905910 
  • Did my checking or savings account numbers change?
    • No. Your deposit account numbers remained the same.
  • Do I need to order new checks?
    • No. You can continue to use the checks you have on hand.

Loan Account Information

  • Did my loan account numbers change?
    • Yes, your loan number changed.
      • Automatic payments setup or originated through Bank of Luxemburg will be updated as part of the enhancement and requires no action on your part.
      • If your loan payment is originated at another financial institution or set up through a bill payment service at another financial institution, you will need to update your loan account number.  The new account number is displayed when logged into the bank’s digital banking platform.
